This song was one of the first written for 'Petty Crimes' and is lyrically one of the songs I'm proudest of. This EP collects four different versions of the song: one I made by myself early in the recording process for the album that's fast and new wavey (track 1, previously unreleased), then a languid indie-rock version that Bob and I recorded as the album was really underway (track 2, from 'Petty Crimes'), then we recorded a third version (track 3, from 'Petty Crimes'), garage rock style, all attitude and swagger. Then track 4 (previously unreleased) is the original demo I made on my iPhone, over 2 years ago.
